This segment of the diversified cash flow industry is estimated at $35 billion dollars. It includes
three forms of cash flow stemming from the government. Lotteries, tax refunds and voluntary
separation incentives/retirement benefits. In these cases the promise to pay is held by the
government and you will receive payments over a set period of time either from the State or
Federal Government.
